amazing view lounge drinks prompt staff varied breakfast

My room had amazing views, especially from the balcony. Complimentary drinks were available in the lounge. Staff promptly addressed a minor air conditioning issue, and moved my room. Breakfast had great variety at the pool area.

Elevators were SLOW, causing some delays.

The staff was attentive. the lounge was a nice addition. the rooms are clean and furnished well. Views from the balcony are fine. i found the location very convenient for both higher-end gastronomy and the street food stalls!!!

i think the hotel rooms could use a bit of refurbishing. that was only a minor inconvenience for me though.

amazing view quick service excellent facilities

i appreciated the amazing view from the balcony. the room service was very quick and efficient. facilities like the pool and gym were in excellent condition and easy to access.
