Decent Stay at a Central Hotel
central location wide selection helpful staff mold issue basic amenities delayed invoice
The location is central with easy access to the BTS station. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay.
I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The shower cubicle had some mold near the drain. The welcome amenities felt basic. I only received a plate of fruit without a welcome note. The front desk mentioned invoices would be emailed, but I had to request it again after two weeks.
