Really good Experience!
convenient location comfortable bed helpful staff immaculate housekeeping
The hotel is conveniently close to the Asok train station and Terminal 21 mall. Train travel is easy due to traffic. The staff members are kind and very helpful. The room was large, and the bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping did an immaculate job.

The staff were obviously well trained in customer service and excelled in their jobs. The staff will remember guest's preferences and greet guests by name, displaying a high level of professionalism and attentiveness.

The food was AMAZING!!! I found it worth it that I stayed with the breakfast package. My friend and I even ordered in room dining because the food was good. There are multiple restaurants on site with high quality food.

clogged drain uncomfortable comforters
the location was acceptable as it is connected to the train station.
the shower drain was clogged , and it took maintenance over an hour to respond. THE comforters were also very uncomfortable. i found the room to be insufficiently clean for a hotel in this price range.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
inefficient concierge unclean sitting areas
the concierge service wasn't very efficient. I made a request, but it seemed to get lost in translation as there was no follow-up. the pool area, while visually appealing, could have been cleaner. I noticed the sitting areas were not well-kept which was a bit of a letdown..
