i was a little disappointed with the room. the curtain was torn and some of the furniture seemed worn. It took a while for the water to get warm, a real waste. i think they need to fix this issue soon.

I was disappointed by the room's condition . It felt outdated. the damaged flooring and mattress were not up to standard , and the shower cubicle was quite small. the lack of a smart tv was also a letdown.

I found the staff very helpful. They were always quick to assist. my room was large with great amenities including a usable kitchen, washing machine, and fridge. the views from the huge windows were great. the breakfast buffet changed daily and i found it amazing.

the deposit was requested in cash, which wasn't very convenient upon arrival.

The room was large. It included a kitchen and the rooms were quiet. I liked the swimming pool, it was nice. Getting out to Silom was fast from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful with good facilities.

The shower water did not get warm. The bath water also did not get warm, even after I let the water run for an hour. I ended up taking a cold shower unfortunately.
