I found the staff very helpful. They were always quick to assist. my room was large with great amenities including a usable kitchen, washing machine, and fridge. the views from the huge windows were great. the breakfast buffet changed daily and i found it amazing.

the deposit was requested in cash, which wasn't very convenient upon arrival.

The room was large. It included a kitchen and the rooms were quiet. I liked the swimming pool, it was nice. Getting out to Silom was fast from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful with good facilities.

The shower water did not get warm. The bath water also did not get warm, even after I let the water run for an hour. I ended up taking a cold shower unfortunately.

Breakfast offered delicious items near the swimming pool. I saw many guests enjoying their meals in a relaxed environment, perfect for starting the day. It provided a positive dining experience.
