I found the staff nice and attentive. The hotel is near transportation and restaurants. My room had bathrobes, slippers, and a convenient umbrella!

The bathroom felt tight, and the window view was only a concrete wall with wires, I didn't like that.

A single restaurant offered Thai dishes within the hotel. The options were limited. I didn't have many choices though the available food was adequate for a quick meal. The hotel does not include breakfast services.

The hotel sits at a busy corner near Soi Nana. I noted that taxis cannot stop directly in front. I had to walk to a nearby gas station with my luggage. The hotel is very central though the noise levels are high.

The shower water pressure was very good, and the water stayed warm. I did not see a gym or pool and those facilities weren't available.

The hotel's location is convenient. I found the Nana BTS station to be a quick, five-minute walk away. Accessing various parts of the country from that station was surprisingly easy. Bottled water was provided, and toiletries were replenished daily, which I found helpful.

My room faced the street. I found it difficult to sleep because of the noise. there was no designated taxi stand directly in front of the hotel, inconvenient. I had to walk a short distance with my luggage to find a taxi.
