i stayed on the 29th floor and enjoyed great views. the staff was friendly. when i reported a strange smell in my initial room, they changed it immediately. all went excellent.

The hotel requires a deposit placed on my credit card. my card company flagged the hold as suspicious and locked my card. this was very irritating while traveling.

The room (2327) i stayed in had good views. the staff were excellent. check-in and check-out were easy. my room included a mini hot plate, microwave, fridge and freezer, washer and dryer, and a complimentary mini bar. i found the room service good, the food was delicious. the breakfast offered a great variety. I liked trying new dishes.

the pool and rooftop have steep steps with no grabrails. it's more of an obstacle. plenty of other hotels nearby offer better facilities.

The location provided convenient access to public transportation.

I found the roller blinds to be quite inadequate, because they let in too much light from the early sunrise. It made it very difficult to sleep in, disappointing. The lights from nearby buildings also shone into the room at night.
