i found the housekeeping perfect, the room was super clean each day. the front desk staff proved helpful, particularly nutt care and namdral on my arrival day. i especially enjoyed the complimentary tuk tuk service to silom (it saved me quite a walk).

the staff were friendly and helpful .
the room i was assigned was not up to par. there was a noticeable musty odor and some of the furniture seemed worn. also, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, it disrupted my sleep.

i stayed in a one-bedroom suite and it offered plenty of space with a well-appointed bedroom a living room a bathroom and a kitchen corner the staff provided excellent assistance ensuring the accommodations were immaculate the happy hour at the pool bar from 3:30 to 5:30 was a great deal with beverages discounted by 50%.

wonderful stay with excellent service

The hotel was very central with a free shuttle to the bus and train hub (so convenient!). i felt welcomed upon arrival. the service was very helpful and my wife and i enjoyed our stay. A special shout out goes to our housekeeper boonmee.
the rooms felt a bit old and there was a slight musty smell. i think the hotel could improve by addressing this to create a fresher experience.

The staff provided excellent service, especially at the pool bar. Katai, bua, and plug were particularly excellent. the bellboys also provided excellent support. the location is in a great area, the silom district. i found an atm right at the hotel entrance.

the hotel offers a seventh-floor outdoor pool with a sheltered section. there is also a bar and a quiet library located near the pool. the gym includes several machines for cardio and weight training. the sauna is also very nice.
