the restaurant service met my expectations. the food quality is consistently excellent, it is fresh and well-prepared. special thanks to becky for providing great service. her hospitality made a noticeable difference.
The hotel could have recognised and rewarded my customer loyalty. I asked for a late checkout but was told it was not possible, disappointing.

A satisfactory stay

The MTR metro station was less than 10 minutes away. It had connections to The Peak. Central station was two stops away. Exit J2 takes you to the Peak tram. The Big Buddy was also accessible by train. There was no need for a taxi. Hotel staff were helpful and very nice.
The air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning. It. The ventilation ducts in the hotel corridors were visibly covered with dust. The guest room manager explained that the ducts are cleaned periodically.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
equipped gym relaxing pool
I found the gym well-equipped with various machines. It supported my workout routine. The pool offered a relaxing environment with plenty of space to unwind (exactly what I needed after a long day). I particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea in the Crown Club. The service was excellent and attentive. I was especially grateful for the delicious food and drinks.
The check-in process was significantly delayed, and there was a lack of communication, causing unnecessary frustration.

The hotel benefits from its convenient location. It provides easy access to public transportation. Victoria Harbour's magnificent night view is within walking distance from the hotel. Guests can easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy the city.

The location was fine and near many restaurants.
The room was small. the staff acted as if I was bothering them when I asked for extra towels. It reminded me of a real imposition for them. I did not feel like I could ask for anything more (not that I would have!).

Really good Service and Warmth
high-quality amenities fine decoration
The location offers convenience with a short walk to the MTR station and Kowloon Park. We booked a Junior Suite and found it stylish with high-quality amenities. The lobby had a cozy atmosphere with fine Christmas decorations (it really was like Christmas!). I found the staff commendable, especially Teresa, exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.

Reliable and Enjoyable Stay
excellent food warm staff attentive service
The restaurant offered really good service. Food quality was consistently excellent. Staff members like Gary, Fai, Becky, and Joey consistently provided warm, attentive, and professional service. Dining here proved a highlight of my stay after a long work day.
The front desk did not permit the use of the pool and gym after checkout, even though the flight was scheduled for the evening.

My room was spacious. I found it close to both the harbor and the MTR station. The rooms were clean and everything was in very good condition.

attentive staff good selection comfortable room
The hotel location is great. It is super close to the mtr and the star ferry terminal. i found many places to eat and visit (the avenue of stars, for example). my room included free breakfast, i enjoyed the food and the drinks (the staff were attentive!). the room provided all necessities, i felt very comfortable.
i felt the decor could use some updating.
