wonderful stay!
helpful staff convenient location festive food souvenir gift
i enjoyed a four-night stay over christmas! i found the staff courteous and helpful. i discovered the hotel was celebrating its 50th anniversary, and i received a souvenir. the location in causeway bay allows easy access to shopping and restaurants. i appreciated the festive food offerings in the executive lounge.
i found that the gym lacked a smith machine, which i felt it had room for. it was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. I recommend the local food section to include more proteins. the executive lounge provided thoughtful food reflective of the festive occasion! drinks are various too.

plumbing issue slow resolution
My stay had some hiccups. The plumbing in the first room I got had issues. The staff took their time resolving it, annoying after a long flight. I finally got a new room late at night, without any help with my luggage.
