the hotel's proximity to transportation hubs was convenient I could easily access various parts of the area the accessibility to the tram and bus lines made navigating the city very straightforward and efficient the nearby ferry terminal offered a quick route to macau i found the location ideal for exploring. the complimentary water refill station near the reception was useful i often filled my water bottle before heading out for the day the availability of drinking water helped me stay hydrated throughout the day i appreciated this thoughtful amenity.

The staff were very attentive and polite. They were always willing to help. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out. I booked a Standard Queen Room City View and found it comfortable and clean. Fast checkout was available. I just dropped keys in one box.

There always seemed to be a long wait for elevators, even though there are five available. Some elevators do not go all the way to the exit, requiring a transfer on the 5th floor. This created an even longer delay and was inconvenient.
