efficient staffslick housekeepingconvenient dining
the staff was efficient and pleasant. the housekeeping was slick and prompt! i especially appreciated the doorman who helped with my bags upon arrival and departure. there are decent restaurants offering varied cuisine around the exhibition center mtr stop, providing convenient dining options.
The executive twin room with lounge access was not very comfortable. The telephone did not work, and the room had very dim lighting.

the concierge supervisor, paul chan, was friendly and cute. he provided good advice in both english and spanish! i found this to be very helpful.

the superior queen room was clean, and it had air purification plus a dehumidifier! this kept the space very comfortable, even during humid days.
