disney magic at every turn
beautiful theme modern room lush ground friendly staff
the rooms displayed a beautiful theme and felt modern (i particularly loved the attention to detail). amenities included lovely rituals body creams plus gels. the pool area was spacious, and the grounds were lush and green. staff were friendly, and they promptly assisted with luggage storage and delivery to our room.
i found it a bit inconvenient that there wasn't a convenience store nearby for quick snacks or essentials. it would have.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park running every ten minutes. the gift shop provides many park souvenirs, allowing guests to easily purchase nice items without the crowds.

most staff members are bilingual at a minimum, enabling smooth communication with guests from different regions. the hotel offers a special lane for hotel guests at the park entrance, but guests should bring and show their key card.

unprofessional staff broken access card
the in-room water dispenser was very convenient to have.
the reception staff was not very professional. i experienced interruptions during check-in due to other requests. my room access card stopped working twice, so i had to queue at reception again to get it fixed. it was a frustrating experience.

convenient disneyland base
frequent service clean room useful access daily visits
the complimentary shuttle service to the park was frequent. i found the room clean (it was a marvel beautiful room with a king bed) and the housekeeping service was consistent. the hotel gift shop sold popular park souvenirs and it wasn't crowded. i appreciated the quick access to the park for daily visits (especially useful with children).
I noticed limited late-night food options. Only cup noodles or chips were available after 11 pm.

The hotel has two restaurants. i found dining to be quite expensive with limited convenient snack options available (i recommend bringing your own snacks to save money). there is a small cart with asian snacks at reception at night.

a game room is available for children, with a nice place for kids to play. the hotel allows guests to access the facilities at the other two disney hotels (disney explorers lodge and hong kong disneyland hotel). a free shuttle to the train station is a convenient perk.

the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the park, running frequently. the proximity to the park made it easy to return to the hotel. uber is easily available from the hotel (i found it very convenient for travel with kids).

clean room friendly staff great choice
The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered much choice. I enjoyed walking around the area with its nice views over the sea.
The towels had some yellow stains on them, so they looked run down.
