cozy stay with great staff

i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the front of house team! they were accommodating when i asked for a late check out. the cleanliness was excellent, and so was the housekeeping. the free shuttle bus service was punctual and allowed plenty of time to explore.
The room was smaller than i expected. There was very little space to walk around with luggage.

the location offers convenient access to transportation, with taxi and bus stops nearby. many fast food options and restaurants are within walking distance, providing lots of choices for meals. it's very handy.

there is a water dispenser on every floor, allowing guests to easily refill their water bottles. the lobby has a really nice smell. air conditioning is effective and remains quiet, ensuring good sleep.

The hotel location is good for exploring. jimmy lee really helped with the luggage. He did multiple trips. the room had enough space for sleeping after we explored. It was simple. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus hourly to kowloon west station, linking to high speed rail.

The room was compact and clean. the shower head had power, and you could remove it. the free wifi worked good too. I could browse without issues.

Lots of food places near the hotel. neighborhood shops sold home-cooked meals. you can find a 7-eleven nearby. the mtr station requires a ten-minute walk. A big mall connects to the mtr.

The hotel water filter machines was available. you can get drinking water for free all day. Its always cold. it helped to have water for the whole day.
