i had a corner room on the 23rd floor. it was super quiet. the bed felt comfortable. the shower offered powerful water pressure. the room was very clean overall.

i thought the room was small for the money i paid.

the staff were friendly and professional.

The room was small (even for a solo traveler). i barely had enough space to open my suitcase, frustrating. the view from my window was also disappointing. I faced a drab facade instead of the city skyline.

the hotel is located between wan chai and causeway bay, a convenient spot. the tram stop is only a 1-minute walk, and the metro station is about 8-10 minutes. it offered a very accessible base for exploring the area.

The location was good, it sits between two MTR stations.

I found some problems with the room service and options were limited. They do not have 24 hour room service and this was inconvenient because of my jet lag. This is a major problem when I travel across different time zones.

The location was good. I appreciate the proximity to local restaurants and shops. The bed was really good. It provided a very restful sleep after a long day (this is unusual for me). The staff were helpful and attentive to my needs.

The gym is a bit small.
