i had stayed here during trips between 2006 and 2016, so returning felt special. the horizon club harbor view king room felt very homely, the bedding comfortable. i enjoyed waking up to victoria harbor views. east tsim sha tsui and tsim sha tsui mtr stations being next door helped my travels.

Some areas looked a bit outdated. Modernization would enhance the experience.

kenneth lo, the manager , gave us a beautiful room even though it was early. he brought out roses , a fruit platter , and chocolates for our anniversary , then champagne later. the room had a full length window facing the harbor , just as we wanted.

the housekeeping staff was okay , but there was no bottled water in the room , so we had to call each time for a refill. the indian food at breakfast was subpar , particularly the dosa , which was not good.

The location was convenient but breakfast presented a mixed bag I noted dim sum items were subpar I found this surprising considering the location. This aspect fell short of expectations. The experience could have been much better if the breakfast quality had been more consistent
