skyline harbour views window seat convenient location
The room featured skyline harbour views! We found the views really good. The window seat was a great touch. The location was convenient. Multiple restaurants and bars were nearby. I enjoyed the morning strolls around the sea coast.

harbour view seating area great staff
the harbour view from my room was amazing. i could see the light show easily. the room included a desk area and a separate seating area. the staff at the front door were great at getting taxis.
the deposit asked on arrival felt a bit high

the sea view room offered a glimpse of the harbour it was acceptable
the gym was small it felt cramped with more than two people i saw too much space taken by machines no one used the equipment was poorly balanced

The breakfast buffet had many Indian vegetarian choices, acceptable.
i had a problem with the room's cleanliness. THE bathtub had a large orange stain. It went from the faucet to the bottom. it was really unappealing.

harbor views room size breakfast buffet friendly lounge
My room featured harbor views. The room size seemed adequate. I appreciated the breakfast buffet in a buffet style setting to prepare for the day. Alex in the lounge was friendly. He was always there when needed.
The check in took a little bit long time. I think it was because of the LNY

Housekeeping staff were helpful. Gavin and Osma took great care of my family during dinner. The staff is polite and well trained here. Geraldine provided the best service.

The hotel location is excellent, near shops and restaurants. It is in a good spot on the side of Victoria harbor. It is walking distance to a local park. I found many restaurants and shops in safe area.

The room was clean and spacious with a view. The beds seemed spacious and comfy. Rooms have harbor or city views. The rooms appear well maintained with a view.

The food quality appears excellent. The hotel has overall good facilities. This hotel includes a chinese restaurant. I spent one hour in Tiffany's New York Bar. I enjoyed a cocktail there.
