i appreciated the concierge team. khelly, jin, and others provided excellent assistance. they gave tips about transportation and attractions. their help made exploring easy.

i found the check-in process to be lengthy, taking over 30 minutes, also, the connecting rooms were not available immediately. only one room was ready, i had to wait for the other. this caused some inconvenience.
