check-in was quick. i found the lobby design beautiful (a definite louvre style). the hotel connects to venetian and four seasons, this is really convenient. guests can access the eiffel tower model's seventh floor without charge.

the room lacked a coffee machine. i also had to ask multiple times for extra towels.

excellent assistance helpful tips easy exploration

i appreciated the concierge team. khelly, jin, and others provided excellent assistance. they gave tips about transportation and attractions. their help made exploring easy.

i found the check-in process to be lengthy, taking over 30 minutes, also, the connecting rooms were not available immediately. only one room was ready, i had to wait for the other. this caused some inconvenience.
