a nice experience

king-size bed separate seating area rainfall shower modern machines

i stayed in a spacious room. it included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area, that was amazing. the bathroom had a rainfall shower head and premium toiletries. the hotel provided complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the premises. i found the fitness center well-equipped with modern machines.

the check-in process experienced a slight delay due to the number of guests arriving at the same time. i did have to wait a little longer than expected, but it was manageable.

The hotel is conveniently close to public transportation. bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible. several shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. This makes it very convenient. nearby parks offer green spaces.

My room featured floor-to-ceiling windows. these provided excellent natural light and city views. the air conditioning system worked effectively. It maintained a comfortable temperature. soundproofing kept the room quiet.

Convenient location and great service

convenient location bus station hotel bridge

I appreciated the location as it is convenient for transportation. The mtr is very close and the main bus station is on the ground level. Taking the a31 bus from the airport directly to the hotel only took around 30-40 minutes. I also liked the bridge at the 41st floor which connects both towers.

The hotel has a gym with standard equipment for workouts. I noticed the swimming pool area has multiple loungers. The 41st floor features a unique bridge connecting the two towers. This is a notable architectural feature.

The housekeeping staff kept my room super clean. A supervisor shared the hotel facilities. Wendy chau at the front desk provided very good service during check in. She was patient and helpful.

The harbor view from my room was really good. The hotel location is convenient, close to the MTR station. I found the staff very friendly. They were always ready to assist (especially with directions).

fantastic hotel stay!

excellent standard useful amenities fine view helpful staff

the bedrooms had an excellent standard. they had all the amenities. the views were fine! the breakfast buffet offered variety, a good amount of food, and great taste. staff were helpful at all levels, including reception, valets, cleaners, and concierge.

i thought the pillows could have been more comfortable. they were a bit low and didn't provide much support, but overall it was a very minor issue.

the room included comfortable beds. a spacious work desk was also available. the blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night, and the climate control system was very effective.

personal service tower room

the hotel staff responded quickly to requests. kitty at the front desk was professional and pleasant. she upgraded us to a suite as we booked a towers room. the personal service makes up for design shortcomings.

the room had cables hanging down from the bed headboard and the phone was not working.

The hotel's location is very convenient with the MTR and bus station so close! The room I had was big enough and the view was quite beautiful. Every staff member I encountered was so kind. I appreciated the wonderful environment and warm greetings!
