shuttle service water dispenser
The hotel offered a shuttle service with routes to central areas. This made travel very convenient. I appreciated the water dispensers on each floor for refilling bottles. GREAT!
The breakfast menu was a bit repetitive after a few days.

amazing stay!
great variety convenient location
the breakfast menu was fantastic. it had great variety! the location is super convenient. it is only a fifteen-minute walk to the hk times square. several public transport stops are also around! jeremi choi offered amazing assistance !
the front desk staff did not seem cute. i had to wait a while to check in. they had already taken the money from my bank account!

the breakfast had both asian and western options! i found it very convenient. the hotel also provides water stations in the lobby and offers free candy. it is such a treat!

the staff was very helpful! i received a complimentary birthday cake. the hotel even provides a free shuttle to key stations! this made getting around much easier and faster. i loved the staff!

this hotel is near many eateries. it is right opposite the tram station! this gives very easy access to central and causeway bay. this location is perfect! i really enjoyed it.

my room had an amazing view of queen's road. the rooms were spacious. i was able to get connecting rooms for my family members! it made it very easy to communicate.
