The hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport. This was very convenient. the room had a nice canal view from block e. i loved the outdoor gardens. The salmon dinner was also great.

The air conditioning dripped water, and a technician disassembled it in the room. instead of changing the room initially, they attempted to fix the ac while more water fell. the front desk staff were not proactive. I had to request a room change due to the noise.
