Really good service and LUXURIOUS rooms!
prompt attention nice touch efficient car service
i stayed for several nights and appreciated the prompt attention to my requests. the staff remembered my preferences after the first day, a REALLY NICE touch. the hotel car service was efficient, avoiding taxi queues. the room had a great selection of complimentary snacks.
the gym music was surprisingly loud , especially early in the morning. i found IT distracting when trying to focus on my workout.

the breakfast buffet included several stations with fresh juices and pastries. a la carte options included eggs benedict and thai noodle soup. the coffee was strong , and the service at breakfast was attentive.

the rooftop pool area features comfortable loungers and shaded cabanas. the fitness center offers modern equipment , including treadmills and elliptical machines. changing rooms had saunas and steam rooms , which WAS a GREAT relaxation option.

Wonderful Anniversary Stay
helpful staff well-equipped gym relaxing escape
I enjoyed the helpful staff (Toey Ya even offered to mail my postcards!). The well-equipped gym had everything i needed for my workouts. The high-floor pool was also a nice amenity and provided a relaxing escape.

The concierge team was very knowledgeable!!! I especially appreciated the concierge with the signature red shoes. The laundry service was excellent too. Nearby restaurants offered really good food.

knowledgeable concierge daily water shuttle service
the staff was very happy and cheerful the concierge team was especially knowledgeable i found nearby restaurants really good laundry service was excellent. the rooms were very clean and large every day i received new water breakfast was also great. the hotel has a nice private location a shuttle to the bts is available and many food options both western and thai are nearby
the in-room phone did not work i told the front desk but no one came to fix it

the beautiful king room was clean. the bathroom had great amenities. the staff was helpful arranging for tours. there is no pool, but the rooftop bar had city views.
