knowledgeable conciergedaily watershuttle service
the staff was very happy and cheerful the concierge team was especially knowledgeable i found nearby restaurants really good laundry service was excellent. the rooms were very clean and large every day i received new water breakfast was also great. the hotel has a nice private location a shuttle to the bts is available and many food options both western and thai are nearby
the in-room phone did not work i told the front desk but no one came to fix it
