The breakfast offered a wide selection, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. The staff were attentive and provided prompt service. My room was modern and well-kept, with comfortable furnishings. The hotel's proximity to the bts asok station made commuting easy.

The hotel is near the bts station, great for convenient access to many areas. Terminal 21 shopping mall is very close by. It is just a short walk away. Getting to the airport was easy via taxi, a ride that took about 45 minutes.

I loved the rooftop pool. It's on the 37th floor! the staff was amazing, always ready to help. the hotel's location is fantastic, right on the bts line. the value for money here is excellent!!!
The hotel does not have a slope for luggage and wheelchair access. This was a bit inconvenient.

The staff showed true kindness! Every staff member I encountered was so helpful. They upgraded my room and gave me early access too. The breakfast offered many different options.
The gym had decent equipment! The air conditioning did not work properly, so it reminded me of a sauna. Rooms are a bit small. I sometimes waited an eternity for a lift.

The location was excellent. It's close to both the bts and mrt stations. it felt very secure. Private access to the lifts enhanced that feeling. the breakfast buffet was good. I found a nice selection of items.
