The hotel is near many shopping centers. Central World is accessible via a short walk. The breakfast had variety. It was more than sufficient.

the location is superb. it is only a few minutes walk to mbk central mall and siam paragon (i enjoyed the shopping!). the taxi ride to emsphere and terminal 21 malls took just 50 minutes. this is a normal duration considering the traffic.

the shower room floor felt very slippery. the bidet leaked constantly, and it made the toilet area wet. it was also hard to find halal breakfast nearby (i think this needs attention).

the location is superb it is close to the bts station. staff member patcharin was always smiling she was helpful and a true credit to the team. i found breakfast to have plenty of choices.

the hotel shares a breakfast area with the sister hotel mercure. a convenience store is located on the first floor of the hotel which i found useful. the hotel is next to a bts station.

the hotel's location is very central near shopping centers. national stadium bts station is next to the hotel. mbk is opposite the hotel so i could reach it within minutes.

the staff were cute at reception when i arrived. ms tidtee ensured check-in was easy and efficient. patcharin, the f&b supervisor, offered excellent service and was very attentive during breakfast.

The location was definitely convenient. It was easy to get around.

The air conditioning was REALLY poor, and I couldn't open a window, IT was insufferable. I felt sick after my stay in that room. The television offered very few channels. I hardly used it.

okay stay, some issues

noisy acoutdated decor

The room was smaller than expected. it felt cramped, especially with luggage. The outdated decor didn't help. i also found the ac unit very noisy. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. i had to turn it off completely, but then the room got too warm. the staff did not seem to care much about the noise complaint, it was really disappointing.
