The staff was helpful with travel arrangements (Jenny, Tam, Benz, and Mud). Their cute nature. The hotel is located close to several malls.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations next door even when people talked at a normal level. It was difficult to sleep well. The air conditioning was weak.

the room was spacious. the staff was very helpful (i really appreciated their assistance). the hotel is near the skyrail and terminal 21 mall. the hotel provided great storage and an excellent bathroom. i was upgraded to the king suite, a two-room apartment-like space.

my room faced soi 11, and there was constant noise all night. the windows were not well isolated, so the noise entered the room.

I liked that my room featured floor-to-ceiling windows. The natural light was great. the staff were attentive, particularly jenny, who gave useful local recommendations. the hotel's proximity to nana bts station was convenient (it helped me get around easily).

the noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable at times.

The location proved handy. Easy access to transport was definitely a plus.

The room I got left much to be desired. I found some shattered glass pieces on the floor. Obviously, the cleaning staff aren't doing their job properly. The room also was quite small, made moving around difficult. This hotel is near Nana Station and that is it, I am afraid, nothing else to recommend it.

I found the location quite convenient. It is very close to the nana bts station. various restaurants are nearby on soi 11. the included free breakfast was appreciated. the pool was nice, and i took advantage of the happy hour prices. i enjoyed the attentive service, especially from ian, who manages the food and pool bar.

the view from my room was just of another building.

the pillows were the fluffiest i ever enjoyed. all the services were perfect including room service, dinner, the lounge, the swimming pool and the gymnasium. i found the location ideal, being close to nana bts station. i also enjoyed the food and found the staff nice. i felt i received great value for the money i spent.
