functional kitchen beautiful view
i stayed in a grand suite.. it included separate living and dining areas along with a functional kitchen. the view from the 43rd floor was really beautiful and everything one could need was provided.
the nearest convenience store is a 5-minute walk away.

i found a washing machine in my suite , a true convenience. complimentary local snacks were provided daily , i really appreciated the treat. the mini-bar items were replaced each day , such a delight.
the lighting around the pool in the evening felt a bit too dim.

ample space useful kitchenette washing machine carpet absence dust issue outdated air conditioning
the two-bedroom executive suite provided ample space. i appreciated the inclusion of a kitchenette (it had necessary appliances). a washing machine and dryer in the suite proved particularly useful for the duration of my stay.
i found the absence of carpeting created a noticeable issue with dust. it was necessary to consistently wear bathroom slippers indoors. additionally, the air conditioning unit was somewhat outdated (its noise level was distracting).

convenient transportation friendly staff big room small breakfast area slow egg preparation limited selection
the location was great, close to shopping centers. transportation was very convenient, and that was super helpful. the room i had was big and clean. i also really appreciated the staff, so friendly and helpful!
the breakfast area was too small. it was very crowded and noisy, a real downside. it was hard to move between tables and enjoy the meal. the egg preparation seemed slow too, and the selection didn't impress me much.

convenient washing machine excellent location varied breakfast
The room had a washing machine which was very convenient. the location is close to the shopping district. It was a short walk to major malls. breakfast offered many options for both western and asian cuisines.
the gym had limited availability of some equipment at peak times.

poor service slow assistance
The room was spacious. That much is true.
The service faltered. No one bothered to share the menu at the restaurant when I asked. It took an eternity to get assistance. I eventually had to leave the restaurant, actually.
