the two-bedroom executive suite provided ample space. i appreciated the inclusion of a kitchenette (it had necessary appliances). a washing machine and dryer in the suite proved particularly useful for the duration of my stay.
i found the absence of carpeting created a noticeable issue with dust. it was necessary to consistently wear bathroom slippers indoors. additionally, the air conditioning unit looked somewhat outdated (its noise level was distracting).

the location was great, close to shopping centers. transportation was very convenient, and that was super helpful. the room i had was big and clean. i also really appreciated the staff, so friendly and helpful!
the breakfast area was too small. it was very crowded and noisy, a real downside. it was hard to move between tables and enjoy the meal. the egg preparation seemed slow too, and the selection didn't impress me much.

The room had a washing machine which was very convenient. the location is close to the shopping district. It was a short walk to major malls. breakfast offered many options for both western and asian cuisines.
the gym had limited availability of some equipment at peak times.

The service faltered. No one bothered to share the menu at the restaurant when I asked. It took an eternity to get assistance. I eventually had to leave the restaurant, actually.
