location is excellent for chinatown. i love it is close to the metro. staff is very efficient. it is helpful and professional too.

i find persistent musty odor in the corridors. it suggests an issue with the air conditioning system. it make hard to sleep at times.

The staff was friendly and they spoke english WELL.

THERE were no slippers provided, so walking barefoot on the cold bathroom floor was not comfortable. Parking was not free. I had to pay over 500 THB. I did not realize this until I arrived

The reception staff spoke English well and checked us in a little bit early. Staff helped us with the check-in screens. They provide luggage storage and a changing area. There is a free pool table and a free water re-filling station near the restaurant.

The corridors had a persistent musty odor. It suggested an issue with the air-conditioning system. I found the street outside quite lively. Limited soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at times.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the district with great access. The room was modern and clean, I appreciated the thoughtful design elements. The staff was helpful. Their assistance elevated the experience.

I found the lack of complimentary tea and coffee in the room inconvenient.

the hotel's location is convenient! it stands near a metro station. i also found many dining options around the hotel. the staff were really friendly and polite. i would consider staying there again on my next trip.

the breakfast options were quite limited, especially compared to what i expected. i did need to ask for a room change. the first room had noticeable noise from machinery during the day. the room also lacked a coffee maker!

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was convenient to Chinatown and the MRT station for easy access to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any requests I had.

The room lacked a shower cap. The hotel also did not provide a robe or hand cream. I also noted the absence of a bell boy for assistance with heavy luggage.
