The air conditioning unit was noisy. also, the promised river view from my "beautiful double or twin room river view" was partially obstructed by another building. This was quite disappointing. i expected a clear view as advertised but it wasn't the case.

i appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. they arranged anything i asked about. my room included a comfy bed and choice of pillows. the breakfast included great choice.
the gym equipment needed maintenance. the rover machine was completely out of order, though i informed the manager. it didn't affect my stay much.

the hotel is very close to the water taxi and sky train. it is connected to a department store, this allows convenient shopping and food options. staff members are friendly and helpful at all times. my room had a very comfortable bed.
