The air conditioning unit was noisy. also, the promised river view from my "beautiful double or twin room river view" was partially obstructed by another building. This was quite disappointing. i expected a clear view as advertised but it wasn't the case.

i appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. they arranged anything i asked about. my room included a comfy bed and choice of pillows. the breakfast included great choice.

the gym equipment needed maintenance. the rover machine was completely out of order, though i informed the manager. it didn't affect my stay much.

the hotel is very close to the water taxi and sky train. it is connected to a department store, this allows convenient shopping and food options. staff members are friendly and helpful at all times. my room had a very comfortable bed.

The hallways air conditioning was not working well. It felt warm and smelled of sewage with a chemical odor.

The location was near the ferry and train providing convenient access. Shops and various restaurants were very close. The staff provided excellent assistance. Breakfast offered many options, with different selections available each day.

The reception could have been warmer when the extra charge for a pop-up bed was questioned.
