Breakfast was good, I especially liked the variety of options.
The shower was a problem. The water temperature fluctuated drastically. It was either scalding or icy. There was no happy medium. I also found the sachets of coffee in the room undrinkable.

the staff was very helpful, especially during breakfast hours. the breakfast options were extensive, from cereals to a full english. i liked that the location was central (easy access to shops and walks).
the bathroom door was hard to close properly. it seemed a bit misaligned with the frame. hopefully, it's a simple fix for the team.

my room was clean, and the bed provided ample comfort for a restful sleep (i slept like a log). the room had good amenities.
