The reception staff helped quickly when i needed directions. The room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice convenience. My room had many coat hangers, useful. The shower was particularly good, providing consistent pressure.

The room ended up being quite warm. I think air conditioning should be standard.

i liked the convenient location near the telegraph building as i attended a concert. the venue was just across the street and very easy to reach. the late arrival self check in was also great, nice and easy.

the vending machine doesn't make it 4 stars!

The location was unbeatable! i walked to all the main attractions without needing taxis. the staff was helpful offering great suggestions for nearby restaurants. This helped me discover delicious local cuisine.

Soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the street at times, which slightly disrupted my sleep.
