the location was fine. i had good access to transportation and some attractions.

the air conditioning never worked properly. i tried adjusting settings, but the room remained uncomfortably warm. sleeping wasn't easy despite my effort.

I appreciated the valet service. It made arrivals and departures simple. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and ready to help. The location suited me perfectly, close to attractions and the port, as I planned.

The rooftop bar was closed for a private event. This limited evening options at the hotel.

five-star hotel awkward feeling

the hotel did not feel like a true five-star hotel i had booked a room with three beds for my sons and me i was given a room with one large bed staff moved us quickly but made me feel awkward addressing their mistake i also thought the service was slow waited a long time to order food
