the room with the huge terrace and private pool was the best feature. i booked that room and would choose it again. the hotel gave a complimentary bottle of cava which was very nice too. alex helped us get taxis and give us information.
the tap water in the room tasted strongly of chlorine water was not readily available

the hotel is within walking distance of shopping restaurants and cathedrals. it is also about a 15 minute walk to the zoo aquarium and beach making it convenient for families. several well-known attractions are a short walk away too

street noiseweak air conditioning
the room i got wasnt as quiet as i hoped, and the noise from the street was quite annoying. it was difficult to sleep well due to the constant sounds. the air conditioning seemed weak, not providing much relief from the heat. it was like it struggled to cool the room effectively, especially during the day.

the location was ok. it was near some shops, i guess.
i booked a double room, but they gave me a twin room. the staff said bed types are randomly assigned. after i complained a lot, they finally switched my room. also, the window couldn't close properly, and the street noise kept me awake.

The location proved really good. It allowed convenient access to key attractions. The room was spacious and very clean! The staff members were attentive. I appreciated the hotel bar's selection. It offered a relaxing way to conclude each day.
The limited seating during breakfast was a minor inconvenience. I sometimes had to wait for a table during peak hours. This situation could benefit from better management or more space allocation.

The hotel location was central. It provided easy access to many attractions. The rooftop pool offered a nice escape after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of items. I found the fresh pastries particularly good.
The room I initially received was a bit smaller than I expected. Though the staff quickly resolved this by offering a slightly larger room, the initial inconvenience was noticeable.
