welcome pastry cute bar great politeness

i received pastel de natas upon my arrival, which i found lovely. the bar area created a cute atmosphere. the staff showed great politeness and assistance throughout my stay.

The staff demonstrated really good politeness. Their readiness to help was excellent. breakfast included fresh fruit and excellent pastel de nata straight from the oven!!! the design of the room was modern. the facilities were clean.

excellent room quiet atmosphere attentive staff

The room was excellent, and it was really quiet. The location is a few minutes walk from the market area. It's a nice walk to the riverside. The staff were helpful and always attentive.

The breakfast choice felt somewhat limited after a few days.

amazing stay!

The staff cleaned the room every day, i came back to a super clean space. the hotel location is near the city, a comfortable walking distance. i found secure parking in the garage. This feature gave me peace of mind. the outdoor garden area was beautiful. It provided a relaxing space after sightseeing.

One morning, i smelled sewage in the room. Maintenance looked into it, but it happened again the next day, which wasn't great.

unfriendly manager evening service

The bar was a problem on several nights. i had trouble ordering drinks there. one evening, i asked for a drink around 10:40 pm, and a staff member took my order. after ten minutes, nothing had arrived. then, the bar manager told me they could not serve me because it was 11:00 pm. he also said he was too busy. this spoiled my evening. All i wanted was a glass of wine before going to bed.
