The staff cleaned the room every day, i came back to a super clean space. the hotel location is near the city, a comfortable walking distance. i found secure parking in the garage. This feature gave me peace of mind. the outdoor garden area was beautiful. It provided a relaxing space after sightseeing.

One morning, i smelled sewage in the room. Maintenance looked into it, but it happened again the next day, which wasn't great.

The bar was a problem on several nights. i had trouble ordering drinks there. one evening, i asked for a drink around 10:40 pm, and a staff member took my order. after ten minutes, nothing had arrived. then, the bar manager told me they could not serve me because it was 11:00 pm. he also said he was too busy. this spoiled my evening. All i wanted was a glass of wine before going to bed.
