i found the location to be convenient, close to various attractions. the breakfast was amazing, especially the full english options available each morning. i was grateful for the staff's helpfulness, assisting with directions and local recommendations. the resident discount on drinks was a nice perk (it made the evenings more fun).

The room lacked a bit of sound insulation. Some noise from the pub below was audible at night.

the room was large, but in need of updating. the flying geese wallpaper was certainly different. there was only one plug socket used for the kettle. no soap was available in the bathroom, just shower and hair gel.

The location is excellent, very close to the lakeside and boat piers. I appreciated its proximity to the main shopping area , and restaurants. Staff members are very helpful, and they are very friendly. A full English breakfast starts the day right.

The bed definitely needs replacing as soon as possible. The mattress was lumpy, and you could feel the springs. I had a terrible night's sleep , and it spoiled the weekend.

I found the location convenient, close to everything i wanted to see and do. the breakfast was amazing, offering a wide selection and very fresh ingredients. i particularly appreciated the resident discount on all drinks. It made relaxing in the evenings much more enjoyable.

the breakfast service was not acceptable. i waited an unreasonable time for my order. staff were also rude. a late checkout request was initially denied and later changed, but then not honored.
