Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the hotel's stylish and cosy design, often mentioning the spacious beds - especially the bunk beds - and the delightful scent of the shower gel and body lotion. The location is convenient, with a pleasant walk to Old Town and close proximity to Haymarket station, Dean Village and Princes Street. The bar and lobby area are frequently described as spacious and comfortable, and some guests have noted that the walls can be a bit thin in the Townhouse rooms. The rooms offer great amenities such as tea, proper milk, a kettle, and even a radio playing relaxing music.

convenient location comfortable bed
I totally loved the location. Transport links were literally two minutes away. the tram was so convenient. the main hotel area looked fabulous. It made a striking impression. the toiletries in my room were gorgeous. I especially loved the scents. the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a log.
The shower curtain did not fully cover the shower. This created a small privacy issue.

broken lift overpriced drinks
The staff were friendly and helpful (Hannah, Geraldine, Edward, and Laura specifically).
The lift broke down . My fiancé is disabled and found it very difficult to get upstairs because of this broken lift. Drinks at the hotel were also overpriced, something that i didn't enjoy.
