The room I booked wasn't up to par considering other hotels I stayed. The room was to small for what I expected. It also was pretty dark, so I asked for an upgrade. The air-conditioning then stop working properly and then suddenly, a leak from the ceiling occured during the night. They did not take responsibility for it, so that was annoying.

i JUST left. i found my superior family room spa bath very clean. The hotel provided amenities like a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. breakfasts were plentiful and featured a wide array of choices. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

the gym is somewhat small with limited equipment.

the location provided easy access to the city center. staff members were helpful and quickly resolved an air conditioning issue in my initial room. i was moved to a higher floor, and both rooms were very quiet after 10 pm. i found the skybar offered a beautiful city view.

Ahmed were really nice too. He offered great local tips. he assisted with trips. tom greeted me every morning with a smilewith excellent service. the boutique hotel was spotlessly clean, cozy, and ideally located. i found it surrounded by many retail outlets and restaurants..

I found that the shower room lacked a door to keep water inside. it bothered me whenever i took a shower. This caused some flooding on the floor. i believe this needs improvement. they did not provide drinking water unless i specifically asked for it.

the location is very central. a great restaurant is very close. top museums are nearby too.

the staff could not speak german. the food prices seemed very high. also , the cleaning staff often blocked the elevator , which caused delays.
