The location near the beach is excellent! our beautiful double room was quite spacious. every staff member we encountered was wonderful, providing really good service. I especially liked how clean the room was!

The single slight issue i noticed was that the juice from instant powder was used. I found this a bit disappointing

The gym opens early at 7am. It has decent equipment. i secured a complimentary upgrade during check-in, a VERY pleasant surprise. my room felt spacious with ample area. variety characterized food options. The hotel kept everything well-stocked.

the outdoor pools were very COLD. kids hesitated to use them. the indoor pool, while nice, was small and overcrowded.
