constant cleanliness fresh food excellent service

i particularly enjoyed the constant cleanliness throughout the premises. staff maintained the rooms and common areas very well. the availability of fresh food options also stood out to me.. the restaurant staff provided excellent service.

The room had lots of closet space. The swimming pools were big, and the slides were nice for kids. I was surprised by the quality of vine, the drinks were nice.

I felt the staff were not the best. I noticed a lot of chatting amongst themselves. There was not much concern for people.

The hotel offered great access to the beach. It was steps away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious. I liked the wifi access. It was fast and reliable throughout the hotel. The gym had modern equipment. Reda at the pool towel station provided really good service. He was always helpful.

the noise levels were pretty high. The restaurants stacked above each other had competing music. Parking was limited. I had a hard time finding a spot most days.

the check in process was slow. i also found the lack of clear signage within the corridors disorienting, it made navigating the hotel unnecessarily difficult.

I had a really nice time here, the hotel is really clean. the cleaning happened all the time. the restaurant had good food options. The staff was really good. i also loved the heated pool!

The location near the beach is excellent! our beautiful double room was quite spacious. every staff member we encountered was wonderful, providing really good service. I especially liked how clean the room was!

The single slight issue i noticed was that the juice from instant powder was used. I found this a bit disappointing

early gym complimentary upgrade spacious room varied food

The gym opens early at 7am. It has decent equipment. i secured a complimentary upgrade during check-in, a VERY pleasant surprise. my room felt spacious with ample area. variety characterized food options. The hotel kept everything well-stocked.

the outdoor pools were very COLD. kids hesitated to use them. the indoor pool, while nice, was small and overcrowded.
