This was my fourth visit. I was delighted to be assigned a room that offered mountain views, a view of Papagayo, and close proximity to the 6th floor. I liked it. Check-in included a welcome glass of Cava and complimentary towels. The room featured a comfortable bed, a nice fridge, a free safe, great WiFi, and effective air conditioning. As a returning guest, I received a 50% discount voucher for the spa.

I noticed the minibar did not keep drinks perfectly cool. The minibar temperature needs slight improvement. it's something worth noting.

Food at breakfast was great. The restaurant staff worked efficiently, clearing and resetting tables fast. Staff worked with smiles. The restaurant manager speaks several languages and interacts well with children.

The hotel provides free water, including during dinner. The hotel is near Papagayo beaches and Spanish bars. It is also close to a supermarket. The marina is a short walk away and the area is peaceful.

All the staff are sincerely friendly. The staff are helpful too! I watched them interact. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention for working hard to keep everything nice.

i found the rooms spacious. the rooms had light colors. the hotel also cleaned the rooms daily and made the beds.

i stayed in the family annex, a NEGATIVE for ME. the food was plentiful BUT it wasn't great. i also spent 10e a night on drinks since they were NOT included.

Great Stay with Excellent Staff!

This was my second visit. I emailed requesting a specific room, and it was perfect. The room on the 5th floor had a pool, mountain, and Papagayo beach view. The comfy bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. Upgraded WiFi was fast and reliable.

I found the evening entertainment a bit lacking.

The food was AMAZING!!! There were different choices every night. Meats, fish, paella, Asian food, pastas, and fresh salads. Breakfast was also excellent, and it provided many options, so I always found something to eat.

The hotel is located in a great spot for accessing the fine Papagayo beaches. There are nice Spanish bars and a supermarket nearby. The marina is a short, pleasant walk in the other direction, and the area is very peaceful.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Fernandez at reception deserves special thanks for accommodating my room request. Juan, who runs the restaurant, is multilingual and very good with young children.
