Norfolk House seems to be a popular choice for its convenient location, with easy access to the town centre and proximity to attractions like Legoland and the Windsor Horse Show. Many guests appreciate the spacious and clean rooms, which often include amenities like a mini-fridge, kettle, TV and comfortable beds, with some rooms even offering a choice of bath or shower. Some guests have mentioned the restaurant being closed and the swimming pool being unavailable, but the hotel is generally seen as great value for money, especially given its quiet setting and proximity to the Thames and scenic walking paths.

a homely haven

twin beds added bonus lovely scent
the room had twin beds, a tv, and wifi, so we settled in quickly. i especially liked the kettle, microwave, and fridge , all unexpected bonuses. the beds felt freshly made , and the lovely scent really made the room cute.
the room felt unbearably hot , especially since the building is older. a fan would have helped so i could close the window. noise from the railway was noticeable.
Rooms

the standard twin room features comfortable beds with fresh linens. a television provides entertainment, and complimentary tea and coffee are available. the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator enhances the experience within the room.
