Guests can enjoy onsite dining at The Shop, which features dishes created and inspired by foods from local farmers and producers. The breakfast lineup includes huevos rancheros, a hen of the woods, asparagus and cheddar omelette, lobster scrambled eggs, and a lemon soufflé pancake. 'Bar Downstairs' transforms from a restaurant by day to a speakeasy-type space serving tapas at night, with a menu broken into 'meats and cheese', 'from the earth', 'from the sea', and 'from the pasture'. The U-shaped bar is ideal for sharing Iberian-inspired dishes. A fresh carrot juice is made on-site. The hotel also has a windowless room, 'Bar Downstairs', where mixologists stir classics like the Cosmopolitan, and classics with a twist such as the Oaxacan Old Fashioned.
