I found the staff helpful. They answered all my questions. the complimentary wine each evening was a plus. It was a nice way to unwind. the location made it easy to get around. Broadway and times square were both close by.
The ice machine was located in the basement. It felt a bit inconvenient.

the staff there were very friendly i felt. they gave great food recommendations, i saw. they were always available, thats true. the room i got, it was clean and big, yeah. i loved the location right in the heart of the theater district. many attractions are close to me, thats a plus.
the breakfast was a bit basic maybe. it wasn't really that filling at all. after my stay ended, i waited for the refund.
