the room was modern and spacious i also appreciated the rainfall shower it was a pleasant experience. the staff was very kind and helpful i felt well taken care of. the location was perfect i was able to walk to most destinations. i was delighted to receive a complimentary minibar credit it added a special touch to my stay.
i encountered an issue the breakfast options were limited and did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this standard.

the staff provided excellent assistance. i found the rooms spacious. there was easy access to mid city areas. it suited my travel requirements quite well. i will return. i appreciated the convenient location and the efficient service from everyone at the front desk.

mixed feelings about my stay
poor soundproofingdull service area
i was quite disappointed with the room i received. i booked a double room balcony, but the view was not what i expected. instead of a pleasant outlook, i faced a rather dull service area. also, the soundproofing was insufficient, i constantly heard noises from outside, it really disturbed my sleep.

i loved how spacious the rooms were. i could easily walk to various attractions from there. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, and helped ME with every request. The access to upper-level balconies was amazing! i could sit and enjoy the skyline.
the elevators sometimes took a WHILE.

the king room had ample space with a COMFORTABLE king-size bed. The room included a coffee machine with milk and sugar, allowing me to enjoy coffee each morning. There was also a large full-length mirror, which i found useful.

Upper levels had cozy outdoor decks. These places have midtown scenery. The hotel provided a snacks and drink credit, and that was such a nice surprise. Cleanliness was excellent. The entire facility shined.

The location was acceptable for seeing some attractions.
The mildew odor from both the towels and pillows was really terrible. I had to ask for new towels. The hotel system had some kind of malfunction. Staff had to open the door anytime I needed to go in, annoying.
