A substantial wine list is available, as well as cocktails, including the namesake drink made with Stoli vodka, cardamom, prosecco, and apple-celery bitters. Acadia brings Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, with dishes created by Chef Ari Bokovza. Menu items include house-baked Kubaneh, Yemeni pull-apart bread with za'atar and feta, Calsonehs, Syrian-inspired baked pasta with kashkaval cheese, and Lamb Kofta Terra Cotta with tahini and Levantine vegetables. There is a focus on wines from the Levantine region. Mediterranean flavors are integrated in cocktails.

Guests have access to a 24-hour Technogym fitness center and Central Park yoga and group runs. The Quin Arts Programme provides artist receptions, exhibitions, lectures, and musical performances.
