shower door water leak
The location was acceptable for getting around. It made seeing several attractions easy.
I found the room small. I barely had space to move around my luggage. the shower door leaked, a constant stream made the bathroom floor perpetually wet. it seemed like a waste of money given the cramped conditions and water issue.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff!
clean room central location friendly staff
My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is central, close to everything I wanted to see and also close to a subway station. I appreciated the rooftop bar a lot! The front desk staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful, and the cafe staff were great too.
The room had a sliding door connecting the shower and toilet, but the barely frosted glass provides minimal privacy. It was not a major issue for me, but future guests should know about it.

The staff remembered I was going to a baseball game and asked me about it when I returned. The front desk always greeted me with a smile and offered assistance, which enhanced my stay. The service was efficient and accommodating.

clean hotel good breakfast
the hotel is consistently clean and modern (i appreciate this a lot). the coffee shop on the ground floor provided good breakfast and snack options. i found it very convenient.
the room sink design is awkward, so leaning over it is difficult. a shelf is in the way.

the location worked great. it was convenient to many places. the bar and cafe are also convenient. i liked that.
the staff wasnt very friendly. they didnt really explain the destination fee. i think i couldve stayed at a nicer hotel with that money.
