perfect base for exploring!
friendly staff delicious start convenient subway
I loved the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also a highlight, i enjoyed a delicious start to my days. chamber st subway station was right across the street. It was so convenient for getting around. plus, there are many attractions within walking distance like the brooklyn bridge!
The room was very small. There wasn't much space to move around. i wish it had been a bit bigger.

i thought the location was perfect. a metro station right outside the lobby provided easy access. breakfast selections were really fantastic, with a lot of variety. the staff was very friendly.
My room seemed really small. It was described as a studio but felt cramped. the wardrobe was also tiny with only six hangers available, which wasn't enough! the windows were not soundproofed. i had to deal with noise from outside during the night.

kind staff prosecco glass ironing board
i found the staff very kind. there was prosecco upon arrival, a nice touch. my room had an iron and ironing board.
i could hear noise from the corridor. it was disruptive and impacted my sleep.

breakfast is available (though i did not partake). the hotel has a restaurant that serves pizza. complimentary wine is available until 9pm, i took advantage of it.

the location is right next to the subway, convenient. the hotel is close to battery park. the metro station is directly in front of the entrance (this made getting around easy).

the staff assisted with transfer to the airport. the cleaning service is excellent, always thorough. miracle's friendly attitude.
