The location was excellent. It was about 100 meters from several subway stations. These stations access many parts of the city. My room had a capsule coffee machine and supplies for two cups. I also had a refrigerator in room. I appreciate the river views from my room. I did like the good sound insulation. I did not hear neighbors or street noises. The hotel gave me a bigger room and free breakfast after my toilet malfunctioned. The hotel was very service.
The elevators did not work during my entire stay. It made getting around difficult. The bathroom faucet was too close to the counter. I did not have enough space to wash my hands. The lobby and room seem dark. I think the hotel should upgrade the lighting.
