I found a couple of things disappointing. The room was quite small (especially considering the price), and it faced an internal courtyard. This meant very little natural light entered the room. the advertised rooftop terrace seemed inaccessible. I couldn't find any information about it, and staff at reception didn't seem to know anything either. The room service was also quite slow, it often took over an hour to get a simple meal delivered to my room, and my order was wrong on one occasion, .

I was pleased with the location, it was convenient for getting around the city.

The room I was assigned was quite small. The dim lighting made it difficult to see, it felt a bit claustrophobic (i really didn't like this). I found the walls to be rather thin. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms quite clearly. This made it hard to relax.

The location proved convenient for accessing Grand Central Terminal and Tudor City. I found the staff consistently helpful and cute. The room featured soundproof walls, and this contributed to a quiet environment. A great, attentive staff ensured any needs were addressed promptly.

Upon arrival, I found that some receptionists seemed to avoid eye contact. This made it seem they were trying to avoid greeting guests. I hope the hotel addresses this to improve the overall welcome.

Solid Choice for a Visit

I found a spacious room with decorations. The bed helped me to have a good night's sleep, street noise didn't bother me. The room includes a coffee machine also a fridge. I was able to store some drinks.

On arrival, I waited for the room. I was not explained any of the hotel features. It seemed like I was bothering them.
