fantastic stay!
great size guest laundry comfy bed
the room was a great size. the hotel was kind enough to give us a larger room, it was a godsend! i loved having access to the guest laundry facilities. the bed was super comfy and cozy!!!
the waiting time for the elevator was very long and annoying.

The hotel is close to several key places i wanted to visit. I even walked to some. my room was clean and i found it comfy after long days. the staff was helpful to me (especially when i needed directions). i stored my luggage after checkout and enjoyed some extra sightseeing.
the elevator wait times were long, and this was annoying. the elevators stopped at every floor on the way down, even when empty. this increased the travel time considerably. the experience felt inefficient.

the king room had ample space for luggage and belongings. the bed offered comfortable rest after a long day exploring. amenities included a coffee maker and a selection of teas.

the hotel is close to multiple subway lines. access to different parts of the city is very easy (this greatly simplified my daily commute). the neighborhood has many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

while i did not dine extensively at the hotel, there is a nice restaurant connected. i had a good breakfast there one morning. the coffee was strong and the pastries were fresh.

guest laundry facilities are available, and this was very useful mid-trip. i used the facilities to refresh my wardrobe. the machines were clean and efficient, and detergent was readily available for purchase.

subway access helpful staff convenient location
The hotel's location is very convenient. The subway entrance is close, giving easy access to several lines. I also found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations without delay.
I experienced long waits for elevators, especially during peak hours. The limited number of elevators servicing many floors became frustrating. Planning extra time to go up or down is necessary.

I found the location quite convenient with easy access to multiple subway lines. the staff was helpful, especially with directions and recommendations (i really needed those!). my room included a comfortable bed and a well-lit workspace. It suited my needs. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail.
the elevators could be a bit slow during peak hours.

subway access key location luggage storage
i found the subway access very convenient, especially with two lines so close. several key locations were within walking distance, a plus. i appreciated they stored my luggage after checkout, so i could explore without carrying it.
the elevators were slow and insufficient for the number of floors. waiting became very annoying during peak hours. it impacted my schedule a bit.

The location provided easy access to key locations. multiple subway stations are nearby. This made travel simple. the room offered sufficient space and cleanliness. I found the bed very comfortable.
i experienced long wait times for the elevators. three small elevators for many floors are not sufficient. it was frustrating.
