A few minor issues, but generally okay

friendly staff helpful staff subway access dim lighting smaller room no refund
The staff was very friendly. Especially, the front desk. I found the restaurant staff and Dale helpful. I appreciated the location. It allowed easy walks and subway access.
The room lighting was bad! It felt dim! Our room was cleaned only twice. This was during our week-long stay! I found that quite annoying. The hotel overbooked! They gave us a smaller room! They didn't refund the price difference!
