convenient location king bed helpful staff daily refills

the hotel offered a convenient location near attractions. the room has a king bed with nice pillows. the staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. daily refills of coffee and tea were a bonus.

the room was a bit dark because of limited lighting.

the reception staff addressed inquiries quickly. i observed the concierge assisting guests with luggage storage. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, and they responded promptly when needed. the team was well-organized and efficient.

The staff are nice. Jalissa at the front desk was so helpful and nice, she really make my day better. Roberto the valet always had a smile and was so great. The rooms was so big and clean and well appointed. I really enjoy it.

The entrance did look a little rundown.

free water front desk clean elevators

I found free water at the front desk. It was super refreshing. My room included free WiFi, so I could easily connect my devices! The elevators were so clean, and that's a huge plus for me. the hotel held luggage , very convenient.

I noticed a side street view from my room. It wasn't the most exciting view, though it was quiet.
