I liked that the hotel offered luggage storage. This was really helpful. The staff was generally nice and helpful, especially with directions. The interior design had a beautiful broadway theme.

I found this particularly transparent. A cool touch is the public restrooms located in the basement. Do not miss them.

The hotel is well situated near many guided tour starting points, useful for exploring the city. The hotel is near authentic restaurants on 9th and 46th, with dining options. i LOVED the proximity to the theater district and Times Square.

Wonderful Stay Near Broadway!

The hotel's location was amazing, just a block away from Times Square. I really enjoyed being so close to everything. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, I slept wonderfully each night. The cocktail lounge with the jazz night offered a amazing experience. I spent a relaxing evening there. I also appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff!
This wasn't a major issue, though it occasionally added a small delay.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They offered great suggestions for local attractions and promptly addressed all my needs. I greatly appreciated their dedication to. Their warm and cute attitude certainly enhanced my visit!
